SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3–5 days of being placed and shipped the day after processing is completed.

Our shipping time is 10–15 days, so please be patient while we update your logistics information.

Some of our products are purely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders, we need 1–2 weeks to produce these items, which will extend the overall delivery time.

Please ensure all your delivery information is correct. If there is any incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update it, which could cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur during customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and extra time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
